You can’t do all the work yourself. You need to leverage your efforts with the team you have. It might not be the way you would do it, but it still gets done the way it is supposed to and in the timeframe needed. That frees up you to do other things like streamlining the close process. You also need to look really hard at how you are leading your team? Is what you are doing really leadership?
